Updating the firmware

The NET 1 is compatible with previously released Sennheiser wireless systems

of the evolution wireless G2 series or the 3000/5000 series – provided they

have the latest firmware installed. These receivers or transmitters are

marked with “NET” on their type plate or can be identified via the additional

menu item “Software-Revision” or “SW REV” in the operating menu.

If your receivers or transmitters do not have the latest firmware installed, you

can update these devices via the NET 1 and a PC. It is also possible to update

the NET 1 firmware via the PC.

For information on how to update the firmware of the receivers and

transmitters, please refer to the instructions for use of the “Wireless Systems

Manager” software. The EM 3532 twin receiver does not require a firmware

update.
